Turnaround Times***
Turn around times are subject to change at any moment due to client changes, client response times, availability of material, delivery of material from outside vendors and equipment failure. Orders are taken and completed as they are received. Rush jobs are available on select jobs and are subject to fees. Please allow the requested listed time for completion on your project (business days) for completion once material is available for production unless otherwise noted in the product description.
File Release***
We do not release any source files, mock ups, file adjustments and others alike unless specified by the description of job and for paid on invoice.
Client responsibility to source files provided and given***
We are not responsible for any files lost once emailed, uploaded and loaded on portable drives. This includes files PNG,EPS,SVG,AI,CDR,PSD,PDF,JPG that have been purchased from us or given to us for the purpose of a requested job.
Refund Policy
Refunds are given on a case by case basis and not subject to all. Refunds will be considered on as follows, equipment failure, defective print media, deadlines not being met by equipment failure***,billing (overcharge) poor workmanship, etc etc etc......Refunds will not be considered on jobs straying away from our print process and recommendations such as on textiles (garments) substrates ( metal, plastic, hard surfaces) color modes, font size, unusual fonts for print processes, uncoated and coated colors on incorrect print media. No refunds on artwork, logos, layouts, setups and any media ordered on cancelled jobs. Client has the option of buying print media at retail and is responsible for media there after. Restocking fees may apply if client declines purchase. Not all print media is returnable if modified or altered in any way.
Print Disclosure to client
Each item we create is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade production, prints may feature slight variations, including:
Placement differences: Designs may not be perfectly centered or aligned. Color inconsistencies: Shades might vary slightly from one piece to another.Texture or finish quirks: Small blemishes or irregularities can occur in the printing surface. T-shirt blanks, Sweater blanks and other print blanks may have inconsistenciessuch a seams, burrs, and may not be true in design. These are not defects ,If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out before ordering. We want you to be delighted by the charm and craftsmanship of your handmade piece.
Deposits
Deposits and payments are required before proceeding with any requested jobs such as artwork, setups, mockups, and material ordering. Deposits and payments are non refundable on artwork, setups, layouts, and any print media ordered for requested job. Deposits and payments are not an agreement between the vendor and client to commence job and will not day counted as production day.
Terms and Conditions are not applicable to all. Client agrees to terms and conditions once invoice has been paid and acknowledged.
